@BofA_Help I’ve called 5x about CC push notifications not coming through on my phone and CC alerts history not showing up on my online banking sight. No one has helped me or sent me to tech to help me. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

@BCBrownell @BankofAmerica They pay $21 an hour minimum now. However, they use awful and worthless metrics to decide staffing and don’t actually want to hire people because it’s expensive.

@BankofAmerica I’m not receiving CC push notifications or online CC use. No CC alerts are showing up either on my online account. Can someone help me? I’ve called 4x today and every person has made a “note”. No action has been taken. Frustrating and unacceptable.

@BCBrownell @BankofAmerica It’s not the pay. It’s the garbage culture. I took a five figure pay cut to leave that toxic cesspool seven years ago. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

@BofA_Help great experience to try and pay money in via ATM which didn’t match what I put in - so I asked it to return my money and it gives me back $450 less. When trying to get help in the bank they told me to call number on ATM which cost $8 in call charges - excellent!!

@BankofAmerica I can tell you right now the worst mistake I ever did was join Bank of America it is the most horrible is Bank I've ever joined when it comes to dispute process and getting your money they put you through the runaround about your own money horrible customer service

@kurtseifried @GossiTheDog They have a history of ignoring blatant abuse because of "slippery slope" arguments. It's completely disingenuous.They first got on my sh*tlist when they told me they couldn't take down a @BankofAmerica phishing site because they weren't sure that it wasn't legitimate.
